After the party Amanda calls him just as phony as she is, even after he thanks her.
Story 2

Story 3

Amanda accuses him of wanting everyone to be as miserable as he is. He says she needs to grow up. Walter wakes the next day to find the apartment empty, Amanda says she sold all the furniture and they can split the money for rent. He says this is being too extreme about it, calling her impractical. After some arguing she finally admits she just moved it all out into the hallway while he was asleep. He sticks his head out the front door aghast. The two sit at the kitchen table planning a budget together, arguing over how much they need for groceries.
story 4
An entire episode that takes place in the kitchen with Walter and Amanda driving each other crazy trying to make there own dishes in a small kitchen, I think that would be a fun idea for a whole episode, they can both be cooking at the same time and also be discussing there situation and be bickering at each other , visually it would be cool to because we can use the images of them cooking and have pans sizziling and smoke rising to represent there frustrations.
story 5
Another idea I had was that Amanda has a date come over and Walter answers the door and almost scares him a bit like a Father would, Amanda is still getting ready so Walter and Amandas date discuss Amanda the guy and his life, this episode could have Walter seeing in this young stud what he use to see in hisself, and its about him coming to terms with the fact that he is not a young guy any more but an adult.
story 6
and the last idea is an episode where Walter gets his divorce finalized and returns home to watch The Notebook alone and is getting emotional, Amanda returns and the comedy can be played with the fact that he is loosing his tough guy persona and kind of breaking down, Amanda is trying to be nice but Walter gets mad and tells her not to, Amanda doesnt know what to do so she uses her sarcasm and pretends to be really mean to Walter but they both know what she is doing and Walter really appreciates this action. They bond emotionally but it is all layered through sarcasm.
These are great, guys! I really like story 3, visually it's really fun and I think it tells a lot about their characters. Walter does something completely practical and Amanda takes it to the extreme by "selling" all the furniture. But it also challenges Walter's Stick in the Mud personality with the party.
I also liked story 6, it's a super funny situation but also could be a great opportunity for some snappy dialogue and the advancement of their relationship.
I like the idea of dealing with some money situation and if Amanda sells the furniture it has to be something that backfires against Walter who earlier didn't seem all that interested in how Amanda did it.
